We're fully committed to protecting your data and want you to feel confident using our website, so here are the ways we collect, use, disclose and manage your data when you visit us.
Information we may collect from you
We may receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide to us in any other way. Personal information means your email address if you subscribe to our mailing list and profile information that includes your name, email and password if you become a blog member, (which enables you to comment on the features we write). We'll collect and store your comments on this website too.
We also collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, operating system and browser type and we may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information and methods used to browse away from the page. This information is not personally identifiable to you and would be used to improve this website.
How and why we collect your personal information
When you send us a message via our contact form, or by email, we collect your email address to respond to you. When you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your email address to update you on our latest plans, to periodically ask for feedback and to send you our quarterly newsletter. We may contact you with any changes to our service and approach. When you become a member on our site, we take your personal details to identify you and your comments. Your personal information will only be used by us for these purposes. We won't share your personal data with anyone except for the purposes of hosting this website (see below) unless we ask you and you agree.
How we store and share this information
Our site is hosted on the Wix.com platform and your data will therefore be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Wix offers third-party services that track data anonymously including Google Analytics and other applications offered through the Wix App Market. Your non personal data may be used to facilitate these services and shared with third parties.
We've taken steps to ensure your personal data is not intercepted, accessed, used, or disclosed by unauthorised people, but we can't completely eliminate all security risks associated with personal data.
How we use cookies
Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This helps us to provide you with the best possible experience when you browse our site and means we can improve the way the site works. Cookies do not allow us to see any personal details about you or your computer.
Privacy policy updates
Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page, so please review it periodically. Where appropriate, we'll notify you by email.
Access to information and to unsubscribe
You have the right to access information held about you. We're also legally obliged to ask you to provide us with identification, so we can be certain you're entitled to receive the requested data. If you'd like to access, correct, amend or delete any personal information we have about you, or if you don't want us to process your data anymore, please contact us at cheryl@mojomoves.co.uk
